BIOGRAPHY
Sally
Drucker has received extensive mediation training from Northwestern University
and the Center for Conflict Resolution.
She is a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution (National and
Chicago Chapter) where she currently serves on the board of the Chicago Chapter
as Program Chair. She is also a
member of the American Bar Association Sections of Dispute Resolution, Family
and Real Property Trust & Estate Law.
Sally
received her undergraduate degree in International Relations from Pomona
College, California in 1976.
Prior
to establishing Drucker Mediation Services, LLC in 2007, Sally worked in the
banking industry as Assistant Vice President, commercial lending at Continental
Illinois National Bank & Trust Company of Chicago (1977-1979). She served as Vice President of
commercial and retail lending at Northbrook Trust & Savings Bank
(1979-1982) where she established their commercial credit department. From 1982-1990, while staying at home
to raise her three children, she provided bookkeeping services for a variety of
family businesses until relocating her family to London, England where they
resided for five years. On her
return in 1995 she worked as a cross-cultural trainer for Prudential Relocation
(subsidiary of Prudential Life Insurance) assisting employees of client
companies with the cultural challenges of international relocation.
Her background in finance, family business
management, cross-cultural exposure and training bring a breadth of experience
to her mediation capabilities.
